Oscar, the owner of AquaValley Pools was highly recommended to do a repair job on our pool. He did a fine job of repairing the pool. He then asked if would switch our monthly pool service to Aqua Valley Pool & Spa. He promised to maintain our pool in great condition. We thought since he fixed our original problem this would be a good idea.. WRONG!!!!! His sevice providers managed to turn the pool COMPLETELY GREEN. After NUMEROUS calls Oscar fianlly acknowledged and returned our call and promised to have some out immediatetely. This turned out to be a lie. Again we called but no answer. The call would directly go to his voice mail, seranading me with the song FLY ME TO THE MOON. He was ignoring the call as he had caller ID. After numerous phone message e-mails , message left with a person name Brian etc We were forced to get someone else to service the pool. Ron's Pool Service came in and charge us $518 to repair the damages doen BY OSCAR & AQUA VALLEY POOLS & SPA. I forwarded the bills to Oscar we still refuses to pick up the phone and all I get when I call is a stupid song. As far as i am consirned Oscar and his company CAN FLY DIRECTLY to the moon... After he reimburses me the $518 he owes me
