I have dealt with LP Gas vendors for 40 yrs and my service with Beverly Burkhardt at Burkhardt's LP Gas was the worst I have every had with a so-called customer service rep. She was snippy, (would not tell me to whom I was speaking until the 3rd time I asked....and many other things that she said to me on the telephone were not nice) Their company let our LP tank run out of fuel in the middle of Jan. after she assured me they would monitor consumption. When I tried to discuss the seriousness of that mistake, she got extremely defnsive. Her big concern was getting paid for the gas.
Pros: big company..should be professional
Cons: Too big to any longer care if you get good service from them
