Horrible horrible service. They claim that they will help maintain and clean your pool, but they are so utterly disorganized that it's just pure luck if someone actually shows up when scheduled. We had a pool built by them (yes they build nice pools), but after it was built, getting someone to show up to clean and maintain the pool was like pulling teeth. We were supposed to have our pool cleaned every Monday by JUNIOR. He never showed up on Mondays. It's only after my wife and I called several times a week that someone might show up by Friday. On the weeks that JUNIOR did come by he was extremely rude, and the pool cleaning and maintenance was barely passable.
In addition, any time that they actually do come by your pool, even if it's just to check your pH for 5 minutes, they will charge you $60. In terms of maintaining your pool, they will not help at all, so after spending all that money on construction, your pool will just rot away.
I would strongly recommend against having them build a pool for you or maintain one. There are much much better pool companies in Tennessee.
