Beware of this florist, CONROY'S FLOWERS in Covina from 1800flower. My husband had placed an order 2 weeks before by b-day thru 1800flowers, and he paid a good amount of money for the flower that he wants it to be delivering to me. He had order the flower, 3 balloon s (1 ""i love you"" and 2 ""Happy B-day"") The flower arrangement is poor, flower is dying and missing balloon. There was no Message card for the note, it just print on a paper and stick it to flower. Called the Florist, to let them know that flower is poor. They said, ?Oh, we didn?t have all the flowers that we needed.? **** My husband had placed an order 2 weeks before, and they don?t have enough time to get the flower that they need to do the arrangement??? ***** This is the worst flower that I have ever received!!! My husband have called 1800flower to get complain how poor of flower that I have received. They say he have 2 choice. FYI : (customer service is NOT NICE AT ALL) 1. Get credit back and keep the flower, the florist could deal with them. 2. Get redelivered but it has to be the next day. My husband have selected, credit back because the next day is too late for my B-day. The next thing, I know the florist called me, and say they will come and take the flower back, because it was being cancelled. First of all it is embarrassing to receive a dying flower for your B-day and now they say they are coming to pick it up! That is just wrong!!!! Told the florist, that 1800flower said we could keep the flower and they will just need to contact them rereading the issues. The refuse to call them and insisted to come and pick it up! I have told them I will bring my flower back to them myself. What a WASTED of TIME on my B-DAY. Therefore, I have made a trip down there to return the dye flower back to them on my B-Day. Show them why I have refused the flower, and pointed out that the flower is dying. The florist was argued that they have fresh flower! I have show her again, this flower is dying? then she goes oh.. just for that one. At this point, I am over the top of being PISSED OFF. First of all, I have received a dying flower Second, they want to pick it up Third, I have wasted my time on my b-day to return this dying flower Forth, the florist still try to argued with me that they have fresh flower when I have point out that flower is dying Fifth, the order was not complete, as in the missing balloon. The florist excuse was ? the drive didn?t see the other part of the order. BEWARE of this Florist? Don?t shop nor 1800flower!!!!!
