Review content:
I am a computer tech. I paid $15.99 for a dual drive IDE ribbon cable. When I was at a customers installing their drive, I pulled on the sides of the socket to disconnect it as I have been doing for 20 years. The connection pulled all the way apart, leaving the socket on the hard drive. With nothing left to grab to get the socket off, I resorted to pulling it off with needle nose. That cracked the socket but got it out. I had to obtain another cable elsewhere on a Sunday and the job took much more time than I could charge the customer. When I went to the store to get my money back, the manager said he couldn't return the bad cable for credit himself because the socket was broken, so he wouldn't refund my money. Apparently customer good will was not worth standing behind his products. So for the $16 it would cost him (actually his cost of about $8) I will be sure to let all my past, present and future customers know the store's definitely not recommended. And the same goes for listings on Citysearch and any other sites I can leave reviews for them.
Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
