A big mistake, I stopped in to get an estimate on getting some hinges replaced, they asked me to leave it with them until someone gets back then they would give me a call, so about 45 min later I received a call from one of them and he says it is the hinges! It's going to be 350 plus you need a new hard drive. I went in for an estimate not a full diagnosis which is what he did. Maybe if the initial guy I talked to would have explained this to me that even if we don't fix your computer you will still have to pay for a diagnosis of it. So I'm out $70 and still have broke hinges that were easily visually broken no diagnosis necessary! Thanks for the rip off and the first guy I talked to verbally said this isn't my usual job, maybe you shouldn't be at the front desk then until you know what you are doing. Definitely would not recommend them! Just talked to another repair shop its going to cost me $100 really, ugh can't believe these people!!!!
