Absolutely horrible. The management is evil. I subleased an apartment here for the summer so I would have somewhere to live during my internship. I arrived on a Saturday and expected to settle everything then. I was told that a manager was not there (yet the office was open) and I was missing a crucial piece of paperwork (that they never sent to me) and I would not be able to sign a lease until after Monday, when the manager was able to send the paperwork (a guarantor form to my father, required despite the fact I was only paying for one month, up front, and by myself) and oversee the signing of the lease. I left them with my father's name and email and moved into the apartment anyways, (technically not allowed) because I had driven from California and had no other place to stay.
