I was looking to buy a house cheap given the drop in home prices, and these guys really came through. I thought I knew how much mortgage I could afford, but they came up with some things I hadn't thought of. With everyone getting bad mortgage loans and losing their homes, I did not want to be part of the statistics. They helped me find a house on the outskirts of Redding in my budget, guided me through the negotiation process to get a good deal, and even helped me find the cheapest (and safest) mortgage loan. Before I signed anything I ran the whole thing by a friend of the family who is in Real Estate in Oregon and they were even surprised at how good a deal I was getting. Thanks!
