Regarding the negative comments, I'd like to say that being a business owner myself, we tend to get those absurd customers that are very hard to deal with, if things don't go their way even if its not the right way, this is exactly what they do, slander businesses! I've dealt with Ecentric for some time now and have always received nothing but the best costumer service from them. I've been in situations where my register PC crashed in the middle of the day and they have always somehow managed to squeeze me in to solve my issues, never have they displayed any of the issues the bad comments are indicating. I've also referred many other business owners I know as well as family and friends to them, they all have thanked me!
I only wish I would've found Ecentric Computer Solutions sooner, they have made my life a lot easier!
Pros: Personable and Caring, and affordable :)
Cons: Wish I found them sooner!
