Review content:
This is the WORST shop EVER. I dropped my van off to have transmission repaired. Was told a remanufactured unit would only take 3 days as opposed to 3 weeks to rebuild the existing one. A remanufactured unit did cost $600 more, but having 4 children could not afford to be without a van for 3 weeks. We paid for the remanufactured untit and was told we could have it in 3 days. It has now been 3 weeks and still do not have our van, and have been told they have no idea when it will be done. Not once has the shop contacted us to let us know anything, we have to keep calling them to find out info. The owner John has a very rotten attitude. Was very rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. When we asked what was taking so long and his response was. "" I don't know, s**t happens, its not my problem"" That's a good business man there for ya.If you ever need transmission repair, go ANYWHERE else, it will be for your benefit.
