I imagine there are several attorneys out there that can get you thru a bankruptcy. But what I cant imagine is the amount of personal service, availability, and comfort provided by Mr. Geblelt to be exceeded by anyone. From the initial meeting, Mr. Gebelt makes you feel at ease, explains the process from beginning to end, evaluates your position, and then makes his recommendations. With his attention to detail and obvious years of experience he makes this whole process less frustrating than a parking ticket. While there is no guaranteed outcome, no two creditors are alike, Mr. Gebelts professionalism and service will get you through it. I used his services approx 10 years ago when the laws were different, and my new bride just recently completed her bankruptcy with the same no hic cups or issues. Don't be fooled by $400-$500 claims for Bankruptcy services. Mr. Gebelt provides a complete explanation of fees required by the state and court. I have recommended his services to two of my other friends and they have shared the same favorable outcome.
