I wish I had gone online and checked out the reviews for Trade Secret Auto Care before I took my car in and I would have known that over 90% of the reviews are negative. They said the work would take 3 to 4 days and it took 11 days. They gave me an estimate which I learned was a low ball estimate to get me to leave my car with them. They raised the price and did not even do all the work. They were unprofessional and non-responsive. They don't return phone calls and when I was able to talk to someone they came up with lame excuses like their phones weren't working. If you decide to use them, add 50% to their estimate in order to cover your costs.
