So how long does hail damage take to fix on a 2012 Mustang GT? Original estimate was 2 to 3 weeks which was great because I was going to be on vacation for most of that time. But here we are, 5 weeks and 2 days into the ""ordeal"" and I've just been informed (after having to call again) that it is still not ready but is currently 5th in line for paint. Another 4-5 days of work I'm guessing. This place is a joke. It may look like a professional, even upscale, repair shop with all the Audi's and Maserati's throughout the parking lot, but they are pretty far from it. I've received better and faster service from complete dives with only a few employees. The difference is they appreciate my business and don't care if I roll in with a Mustang or an A8. I'm guessing the work they get from their Audi/Maserati dealers take residence and my podunk mustang gets put on the back burner. My only hope is that the quality of the work will reflect the time spend in their shop. Only time (A lot of time) will tell.
