Review content:
After more than 7 sessions she has yet to say my name right. Returning a phone call, scheduling an appointment or refilling a rx all seem like normal duties a doctor would perform, but for Monique( I will not refer to her as Dr.), these are things she does only when she feels like it and even then it may not be right. I guess you could say she is simply lazy and uncaring. I am truly sorry for the time and money I wasted on her!!!
