Hired Mr. Genis based on good reviews, but I might as well have just saved his outrageous fee and represented myself. I could have done a much better job! He doesn't tell you that he lets his inexperienced paralegals do most of the work. They didn't know DMV's phone number and I had to give it to them myself! Then they handled my DMV hearing over the phone, with an attitude that they couldn't care less about the results. Never returned calls or gave me status reports, and mishandled the court appearances so badly that my ""sure-win"" case turned into a nightmare that I had to deal with for months. I'm not convinced he even knows the law because there was no reason I should have lost my very simple case. Don't trust this guy!!
