On 12/1/08 I was traveling from Atlanta, GA to Grand Rapids, MI and around mile marker 138 on Highway 24-W I smashed into a boulder in the middle of the highway which blew out my tire and put a hole in my rim. The state police showed up within about 10 min and called Moon's towing to come tow me to a repair shop. The flatbed came within about 10 minutes and had my car on the truck and ready to go in about 5 min flat. He then drove us 3 miles to the exit, went to one truck stop who obviously had nothing, then across the street to another where he basically had his mind made up he was going to drop me off. No more than 15 min elapsed from the time he put the car on the truck to the time it was off, in the parking lot of the repair shop.
Pros: None.
Cons: Everything. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT USE these people.
