Ed is an artist with more work than he can handle, His work and his skills to keep a good customer happy has fallen by the wayside. Puts warranty work on the back burner and puts new work before keeping existing customers happy. Promises one thing and does another, I waited for paint work for over a month that was promised in a week for a bike show. If you can help it use someone else.
Pros: When he has the time he does good work
