Review content:
My husband and I went to the dealership looking for a new car. We had already test drove Toyotas at another dealership. We stopped by after visiting a Volvo dealership nearby in the evening, and when we got there, no sales rep was available to help us. There was a manager in charge who saw us and tried to find the next available sales rep and assured us that someone will help us shortly. After about 10min, we were able to get a sales rep show us some cars on the lot and go for a test drive. We found what we liked and he gave us an honest offer (disclosing their 'invoice' price). We knew we could do better than that, so eventually the sales manager came out to negotiate with us, and we go the deal that we were satisfied with. They also have an internet department that will give you a pretty good pricing (close to the 'invoice' price), but if you don't mind the haggling, you can get a better deal negotiating the traditional way.
Pros: Friendly sales staff, will negotiate without hard feelings
Cons: Limited customer parking, busy in evening hours during the week.
