Review content:
We wanted to install a hardwood floor for the past 9 months and as of today we still have not had a piece of wood installed at my home. The installers took for granted that the slab on which they were going to install the wood did not have any issues and so did not do the basic moisture test that needed to be done before an install. They do not have any planning, they send folks whenever they are ready and not when you expect them to show up. The work has now been delayed for a variety of reasons for over 3 months after they demolished my floor.
Pros: Initially was very good to deal with but later the it turned horrible
Cons: Very Callous, lack of communication, lack of commitment
