Review content:
I used OnlineMac for about 2 years with hardly any problems, then one day it just quit working so good... it started disconnecting numerous times per day, some days it could not connect no matter how many times I tried. I even completely rebuilt my computer thinking that my computer was outdated or infected with some kind of virus... turned out my computer was great and the service was having problems. I called technical support and they were very helpful in troubleshooting with me and for crediting my account for my troubles. This went on for months until we moved to a new home... the problems still continued... finally after nearly a year of problems and about $100 in useless Verizon repair and line replacement charges I decided to go with Netscape instead... and I have never had a dial-up problem since. I think that OnlineMac has great customer service and support... but poor "services", especially when I would get extremely un-acceptable "spam" emails in my email box by the dozens...even after changing email address's and everything. They could desperately use a better "spam" filter for their customers... since going to another company I have not once recv'd any of those gross un-acceptable "spam" emails, which leads me to believe that it's not being filtered properly through OnlineMac's systems. Also Netscape is about $10 cheaper per month too.
