I know someone who has worked for this company for years and they treat their techs very badly. They have really good people working for them but the compensation for the hours they are expected to work is less than minimum wage. They offer a weekly gas reimbursement but techs are required to turn in a request each week to get it. They have to really watch their checks because occasionally they will omit the gas reimbursement . Techs are required to use a special phones and are charged $25 a week for the phone. There are no bonuses, insurance is offered but no one can afford what is offered. Every morning they are told what a terrible job they did the day before and never given any praise or credit for the work they do. I'm quite suprised that they are able to keep anyone working for them but I guess in today's economy any job is better than no job.
