I THINK TURNPIKE ACRES IS THE BEST STOVE SHOP AROUND. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I BOUGHT 2 STOVES FROM TURNPIKE AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I CAN SEE THIS BUSINESS GOT ALOT BIGGER OVER THE YEARS. I ASKED THE OWNER WHY I GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE ALL THE TIME I CALL. HE SAID THAT HE HAS A COMPANY POLICY, THAT IF HE HAS A CUSTOMER ON THE SALES FLOOR, HE DOES NOT ANSWER THE CALL OUT OF RESPECT TO HIS FLOOR CUSTOMER. I LIKE THAT!!!!!! HE SHOWES RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. NOT MANY COMPANIES DO THIS ANY MORE. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS TOUGH TIMES FOR A BUSINESS LIKE THIS AND I APPRECIATE THE OWNERS STRAIGHT ANSWERS. HE TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT ISSUES. I TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Cons: phone service could be better. /
