Review content:
Purchased a pellet stove didn?t work from the start; he said he would fix it, but never did. Contacted company of stove they told me the only the dealer could take care of it, he was the only dealer for this stove line. No one else wanted to fix the stove. Come to find out that he worked for Fireside design for those who know how this company is to deal with. This could explain why the costumer service is so poor. Comes to find out that pellet stove are a big gimmick lots of work for heat and expensive, he never told me there would be a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly cleaning to the stove and that why they try to sell a service contract, they know most people won?t take care of the stove, what a cash cow for them. Beware of buying any type of stove from anyone all promise the world, but in the end it does not come true. Even the best company like Harman went bankrupt and purchased by another company shows you how good these company do business. This guy named George is a big rip-off.
