I first went to Bella last year, after reading all the positive reviews on citysearch. I am happy to say that Bella lives up to its reputation. I have had both facials and waxing done there, and each esthetician I've visted (Linda, Chani, Trina) has done a great job and has been easy to talk to. They offer advice and tips without making you feel like you're doing something wrong. Over the years, I have been to several spas, including ones on Newbury Street, but Bella is the one I keep returning to. The staff is friendly and treats its customers well. There isn't any sales pressure to buy the products, which I appreciate. I've been nothing but pleased so far, and look forward to trying some of the other services in the future.
Pros: great estheticians, parking, reasonably priced services
Cons: traffic in Newton when I'm driving there after work
