Review content:
My wife, my sister in law, my one year old daughter and I arrived at Westgate at 2:00 PM and were given the wrong room. We called the desk and asked if they could correct the problem. We were told they would work on it and get back to us ASAP. We promised as we waited not to use the room or unpack. We waited a couple of hours then began calling the front desk looking for answers. At approximately 7:00 PM we received notice that they couldn't move us but would call us the next morning. At 11:00 PM the next day after not hearing from anyone we called again. We were told bluntly that no one was available to move us because they were all skiing! We made several calls and finally at 8:00 PM we were moved! I then had to move all my luggage and a very cranky baby who should have been sleeping two hours prior, to the new room, and took my first shower!
This place didn't even offer an apology. We lost two days on their incompetence!! Please don't take the chance!
