My husband and I have been on many airboat tours and decided to take our 8 yr old to experience the adventure of it. Wild Bills was closest to us and the website promoted an adventurous wildlife experience where you would get to see gators and live boars and other exciting wildlife which we have seen up and close and personal on all of the tours we have previously taken. The tour cost 24 dollars a person for adults and half price for children..... The 45 min tour was basically a boat ride! There was one gator that popped its head out about 40 feet away and that was the most exciting part of the trip! We were so dissappointed in spending the 60 dollars for just the airboat ride. So i write an email to them expressing our dissappointment ...and the second email i got a response saying ""All our company guarentees is an airboat ride..through natures unspoiled wilderness"" If we wanted to see wildlife we would have to go to a controlled wildlife environment! And that they do not give refunds of any kind... So i thought if i write this review it would help others in making the decision to go on this tour or not. Hope it helped. The Everglades are awesome for airboat tours and also Crystal River is highly recommended!
