Review content:
After 2 years off from training I found myself 50lbs overweight and not feeling well. I contact High Performance training and found a team of professionals who clearly set goals and a plan for me to achieve them. Before my long layoff I had trained for years with several trainers and must say this was far and away the best training regiment I have even been put through. Besides training they created a diet plan and helped me change my way of life. After 90 days I had taken off most of the weight and now am in the best shape of my life.
Pros: Restults Oriented, Organized, Motivating
