I hate to sound mean but I do want to share my experience - to make a long story short, it was awful. I went in with a picture AND described what I wanted, emphasizing that I really didn't want a-n-y length taken off. I was a little shocked when the woman parted my hair from my ears forward and promptly cut off LITERALLY 8 inches but I figured it was part of the process. When I inquired about blending it in with the rest of my hair (angling, razoring...anything...) the owner, Ben, came over and for 5 minutes spoke in jargon about how it wasn't possible because whoever last cut my hair hadn't ""connected the layers."" Well, I don't have layers so I'm sure he's right in saying they didn't connect them. Secondly, when I pressed a little harder about really wanting her to blend/angle it, he scolded me from across the room saying, ""You keep saying that, but I already told you"" etc. etc. which I thought was rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I had to go to another salon to have my glorified mullet fixed and am very upset to have to get inches taken off the rest of my hair in order to fix it. It takes a long time to grow that much hair...I will say, however, that the prices were fair. Unfortunately, in this case, if I had known how it was going to turn out I would have coughed up the extra money and gone somewhere that the employees and owner listen a little better and don't treat you as though YOU are the problem. Pros: price Cons: employees, poor customer service
