After moving from Rhode Island to Boston a little over three years ago, I had a hard time finding a stylist in the Boston area who was actually worth the money they charged. Ben at Frances Ray Jules is wonderful. ""A trim and long layers"" by one stylist at another salon left me with something sort of blah, not much different from how I walked in. The same thing from Ben left my hair looking fuller, healthier, and just plain better, without sacrificing too much length or sleekness. It's a cut you could easily pay $20 more for, elsewhere. Ben is also very nice and friendly, without being pushy. His staff is polite and professional. The late hours during the evening make it very convenient for me to go to after work. I've finally found a stylist here who I'll return to very happily.
