Bonner Landscaping was employed by my neighbor,and as I was also needing landscaping, I watched their progress very closely. I was very surprised to see their crew working early one morning, ripping out every area of my neighbors property, when I had just spoken to my neighbor the previous day, and was under the impression that they were working on one area at a time ... In phases ... I know that my neighbor had drainage issues that she had called Bonner in to rectify, but it appeared that they were on a mission to landscape - without estimates or authorization to do the work.
I am writing this, as when my neighbor was renovating her home, I had specifically requested that the natural look and feel of the property be maintained, and that the barriers be left for privacy.
The entire yard has been leveled, and the ambience of our culle de sac destroyed as a result of Bonners actions.
