Review content:
I expected much better from a ""reputable"" company. I had a simple domestic move that turned into a nightmare. I was told my shipment would be delivered 4 or 5 days before it actually arrived and when I confronted staff about it, I was sent legal disclaimers and contract language as opposed to an explanation. Finally, one staff member was kind enough to actually call me and explain what happened (after 4 days of complaining). Then when my shipment was finally scheduled to be delivered the driver was running an hour and a half late and I had to call (after an hour) to find that out. No one in the organization found it necessary or even polite to let me know that he was running an hour and a half late.
Positives for the company were that the actual movers were kind and professional but that's about it. This is the third time I've hired movers to relocate and I will NEVER use this company again.
Pros: Cost efficient, friendly movers
Cons: Delayed shipping times and rude/uninformed staff
