The major problem was the delivery dispatcher, Jerry. I talked on the phone with him directly to make sure I was getting plenty of lead time. He said initially that I would get 24 hours but then agreed to 48. I was bringing a Budget truck to my new place, too, to bring some furniture, so the advance notice was critical. My wife called Jerry on Monday, and he rudely told her that they were loading the truck, and that it would arrive sometime between Weds and Fri, and they would let us know.
