I asked these guys to come out to my office and give me an estimate on changing some commercial lights, they did not tell me they were going to ask for a 50.00 fee up front, the guy came out and was asking for access to places they didn't need to go, and then there quote was extremely unreasonable, I might as well have ordered a new light fixure. After he left there receptionist named Karmen called my office while I was working and demanded for a credit card over the phone for a 50.00 estimate charge. For the safety of my staff I do not keep such things in the office. I told her I would have my accountany send her payment, she was extremely unprofessional, very pushy, and she hung up on me. I do not reccomend this business to anyone.
