Review content:
We hired this painter because he seemed to be professional with great attention to detail. We regret hiring A. Wills because their job was exactly what they told us to watch out for -- Apartment Slap dash painters. They did a terrible job of patching any holes. The color (off white) shows through in MANY places throughout the house under their ONE coat of white paint. Cleanup was non-existent. We hired a woman to clean and she spent most of the 4 hours in ONE bathroom cleaning paint spray and drops. She was not able to get to the other parts of the house. Her comment to us was ""those painters were NOT nice to you!"" We are still finding drip and smear marks on places they used semi-gloss. A few baseboards were neglected. Paint all over our wooden built-ins. We have called three times to try to get them to fix the problems and they have yet to return our calls. They supposedly offer a ""satisfaction guarantee"" and 5-year warranty. I highly doubt we will be able to get any follow up on this matter.
