Review content:
I love Macy's clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. so I thought I'd love their salon. While the prices were great and the people were friendly, my haircut wasn't top notch. When I first met with my stylist, she asked what I wanted done. I told her I'd had the same hairstyle for five years and wanted a change. I wanted a suggestion from her. She looked at me almost stunned. Her suggestion was to just go with the same haircut I currently had because it was a pretty cut. So, she didn't listen to my needs and offered zero suggestions. Then, the cut was fine - she just shaped up my previous cut - but she styled it terribly. I am 26 years old, and she styled it much older - like an elderly's woman's. After I got home and styled it as usual, I liked it, but hey, not much had changed. I wouldn't go back, but the cut wasn't too bad. I like to leave feeling beautiful, but I left there feeling embarrassed at the way my hair was styled. Pros: environment, prices Cons: results
