Great Sage is not exactly near where I used to live. It was actually about a 40 minute drive...on the highway. It was worth the time spent in the car. City living often doesn't allow for city, fresh, organic type restaurants to thrive, and so learning about Great Sage from at least 5 people before I went, was amazing. The flavor pairings at the restaurant are exquisite, and the selection of organic wine and beer makes all the difference in the meal. I don't eat organic foods all that frequently, but you really can taste the difference. I highly recommend trying this wonderful restaurant.
