these people are only out for the money, the minute you go threw a life change such as a illness, divorce, job loss what have you, expect to get eviction notices on the 2nd of each month!!!! it does not matter that you paid all of the rent the previous month it does not matter if you are staying current, they wont want you in there clients home! they will tell you something and then tell you they never said that! they will take there time to fix anything that happens to break or go wrong, and if it is a ceiling fan that wont go on, a door nob that wont open, or a fence that has blown down they will inform you these are ""luxury items"" and the landlord does not have to fix them! and if he does feel privileged! and also if you happen to be a awesome tenant who pays your rent on time and has never had a problem with any thing you will come to the sad reality check when you move out of the property that you will not be getting back that well deserved deposit! you see the light bulb in the closet may have gone out and don't you know labor and replacement cost for that are well over $100. dollars not to mention that spot on the wall!!! hey there is another $300. for that! and hey if you don't want to take my word for it ask around town to any one who has had the misfortune of going threw this agency! they will tell you the same thing I just have this company should be shut down for mis conduct and unprofessional nature!
