The other lady is full of it. These people are wonderfull to rent through. They give u a five day grace period on ur rent and ""forget"" to charge you a late fee if you pay it the 6th instead of the 5th I have never had a problem with them they fixed the door trim which is a ""luxury item"" in less than 3 days and they also fixed the toilet which worked perfect jus a lil loud. I love renting through lynne cauley I perfer them over any1 else
