These negative reviews crack me up! I have rented from them on two separate occasions and I have never had a problem with them. They have a huge inventory of homes and worked with me both times to find exactly what I was looking for. They never bothered me or showed up unenexpectedly like some of the others have claimed. I was always given 24 hours notice and they were unobtrusive when performing the inspections. As far as getting your deposit back, people need to realize that the reason why a deposit is held is to insure that it is professionally cleaned and properly maintained. Hire a professional cleaning company and provide them with a receipt. I've gotten my full deposit back both times by doing this. You people realize that the management company isn't allowed to keep your deposit right? They use what they need to properly clean the place and then are required to return the balance. I think the problem is personal responsibility, nobody wants to be responsible for their own actions anymore. People thrash the place and then get mad when they don't get their full refund. This is a business, not a charity, and their main function is to manage the property for the OWNER!!! They are not the tenant's agent, if you want one of those, hire one. I would recommend Lynne and her friendly staff to anyone looking for a rental and I am currently in the process of looking for a new rental through her company. Thanks, Lynne
