It's not often you run across someone who has developed such a bad reputation that strangers seem to know about them! Such is the story for Lynne Cauley Real Estate and Management Co. in Gardnerville, Nevada. On three separate occasions, the conversation centered around people in real estate who had been disreputable in one regard or another. Before we could even name the person (Lynne Cauley), the people we were talking to named her first!! Yikes. In other words, the very poor reputation of Lynne Cauley was known by MANY people in her area. It would take too many paragraphs to adequately describe the many unfortunate encounters we had with her during a six year period as one of her renters. Suffice it to say that Ms. Cauley desperately needs to take a good look at herself, and take a course in Business Ethics, as well, to round it off. As the growing list of negative reviews here attest, AVOID ANY AND ALL BUSINESS DEALINGS with Lynne Cauley Real Estate and Management. She favors HUD recipients. Many of them known to the police as having serious mental problems. When problems arise, she is very slow to act. We wore ourselves out dealing with her. Most regions of the country would have blacklisted her. She's rude, tempermental, arrogant and shames her profession with her outrageous practices. When you PAY rent for a place to live, you expect to be treated respectfully. Ms. Cauley slants her attentions towards owners of property, and treats renters as lowly buffoons. Is this REALLY someone you want to deal with or rent from?
