This agency is not responsive. Allows owners to break laws --shows up without proper notice, comes into house when we were out of town, went through my personal mail in the mail box on a regular basis and then quizzed us about who was receiving mail at the house (violation of federal laws), complaining to the manager did no good--they refused to do anything about it. This went on for two years. We made agreements as condition of move in on improvements that needed to be made to the property--but they did not make them. They allowed the owner to keep the entire deposit after I spent 12 hours cleaning the house and paid for carpet cleaning and minor repairs. I even painted. I paid my rent on time every month and was an excellent renter. But this manager was more concerned about the out of town owners (the owner would visit every few weeks) and desparate to keep business--which is very tough in that area- than doing what was proper or legal. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE you will be sorry if you do!!!!
