My husband and I just moved out 1 month ago from a home we rented from Lynne Cauley Real Estate for 3 years. As all the other bad reviews have stated the exact same things happened to us. Please! we can only WARN people to BEWARE of the shady dealings of Lynne Cauley Reality on you getting your full deposit back when you move out. My only advice that I can give other is dont rent from Lynne Cauley Reality or if you do as the others have said, have them present for the walk thru and for the closing walk thru when you move out!!! and take lots of pictures before and after. But unless you want to go to court that probley wont do any good eather. JUST DONT EXPECT YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK!!!!
