I wish my parents never bought the place, the management has been horrible they have had the water go out 3 or 4 times every summer for hours on end since they moved in, She'll leave a notice telling them when it's shut off but what about the people who have no where to go where a bathroom is available and have bathroom issues these people aren't young and most of them have heath problems .
They have raise the space rent every year to where it would be cheaper to have a condo or apartment.
The manger has the worst attitude. She picks and chooses who she's going to write up for having a weed or two in the yard. She has even given me information about my parents rental agreement without there permission when I dropped off their rent for them one day because they where sick, last I herd that was illegal and breach of contract and she gave me attitude for dropping it off for them.
As much as people have to pay for space rent yard maintenance should be included. So many people have gotten fed up with the way things are taken care of , most of them are moving out.
if you have a chance to be somewhere where you are respected and don't have to worry about the drama that go's on there. you're retirement years should be relaxing. so please think twice before moving into casa del sol
