Review content:
We booked a reservation with Bell and when we got to the airport they told us to go to the wrong terminal! We called them twice to confirm we should go to terminal two. After a half hour getting to terminal two somebody at the airport told us they were wrong and it was at terminal one. Obviously upset, we get to the counter and the the guy was very rude! THEN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR!!!! to get to our hotel, which was right by the airport! Then they were 20 minutes late picking us up from our hotel and they couldn't find our reservation and MADE us pay them again!!!!! Because of them we missed our flight! JUST TAKE A TAXI! Then we called Bell when we got home and talked to a supervisor and he was very rude and would not let me talk! He yelled and talked over me...All in all, it was the worst experience of my life! Please DO NOT BOOK WITH Bell!
