Do NOT listen to the bad reviews on here. People must be overly picky or maybe had a oneoff bad experience. I ate at The Gerst House for lunch yesterday with 5 co-workers. The service was AWESOME and the food was the BEST!! I had the reuben and it was by far the best I've EVER had. I can't wait to go back. My co-workers all really enjoyed their meals too. LIke I said, I'm already planning my next trip back and will probably get the Reuben again, because it was THAT good. Eventually I may try other items on the menu. I can imagine that this place gets packed out before Titan games, which would lend itself to poor service and not as good food. Kind of comes with the territory!!
Pros: Wonderful Food!! Great Service.
Cons: Wish there was a location in the suburbs!!
