I have been trying for almost a year to speak to a real person at this company-you either have to leave a message for Jeff, Melissa or a message in the general mailbox for the company. I have yet to receive a return call. I have also sent numerous correspondence via USPS mail and never received a return letter either. In my book this company is a scam.
