Review content:
I went into this store to buy a battery for a remote control and an 1/8 in. to composite audio splitter. I had the battery number written down and the splitter is standard. The hipster manager had no idea what either one was but after patiently explaining to him for several minutes, he was able to get the items for me.
The battery turned out to be the wrong one, but he insisted that it was the right one and the one I wanted didn't exist. I asked him if I could return it if it turned out to be the wrong one, and he said I wouldn't need to return it because it was the right one.
Sure enough it was the wrong one and when I tried to return it (still in unopened bubble pack), he refused saying there was a thirty day limit on returns. I bought it on March 4th and returned it on April 4th. It took the manager and his assistant five minutes and a smartphone app to figure out that I was one day over the limit.
If you like snotty morons treating you like dirt rather than losing a five dollar sale, this store is for you. At least there's no line, because the store is always empty...
