We ordered our food on a Friday at 5:15. We were told it would be 45 minutes for it to arrive. Well 2 and a half hours later and 2 phone calls to the store we finally had our food. Stone Cold. The burger was just a regular old frozen burger that they threw on a grill. The buffalo chicken sandwich was a frozen chicken breast, grilled, with Franks Red Hot on it. The store then told us they would credit our account.. A week later I called the store because there had been no credit to my bank account. The manager, who spoke very very broken English, then told me they could not credit account but would give us free food. I told him that I wanted the credit into my account and didn't want free food. I asked for the owner and he said I could not call him because the owner lives in Morocco. After that he tried to belittle me because I was arguing over 25 dollars. He then told me he would give me 20 dollars because 20 dollars is nothing. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Cons: Food took way to long to get there
