Review content:
I have been a patient at this practice since 1993. If it had not been for Dr. McMillian I would still be house-bound. I am currently working a part-time job, participating in raising my family and functioning on a daily basis. I have had one doctor I did not like but I simply make sure I do not make an appointment with that doctor. As the community has grown so have they to accomodate the rising population. Yes, they have had some growing pains but they try to address problems they are having. It isn't the nice small town practice operating out of a converted house anymore. If you have problems with any staff member or nurse, if you let your doctor or the office manager know about it, I promise you it WILL be addressed. I have done just that and the office manager has even called me at home to follow up on the problem. Often, rather than sit and complain if you have problems, if you address the problem, no matter if it is the long wait or nasty attitudes, you will get results. I like this practice and I think that the doctors, staff and nurses are caring professionals doing the best they can in a world with more demanding patients and insurance companies making their jobs harder than it needs to be.
