Review content:
I wouldn't even give them one star. We were put on White Fleet based in New Orleans after returning home from our cruise. The driver refused to turn on the meter, saying it was a flat $25 fee even though we paid less for the cab ride to the port traveling the same route. After we arrived home we realized we left our camera bag in the cab. We called the company several times who said they would put several calls out to the drivers but 24 hours later our driver has still not returned the bag. So much for honesty on Christmas day. I hope in the future the Port Authority is a bit more cautious as to which cab companies they allow in the port to service cruise travelers.
